Shipping policy

Processing Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (often sooner). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
    •    Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $7 flat rate
    •    Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15 flat rate
    •    Free Shipping: Orders over $70 ship free

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping carriers may vary depending on location and availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package leaves our facility. However, most shipments include up to $100 insurance through the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at allstaraircaremkt@gmail.com so we can assist you with filing a claim.
